Teaser Tuesdays (11.9.10)

MizB of Should Be Reading hosts Teaser Tuesday. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Here's a tease of what I am currently reading:

He shook his head. "Legs, I've only scratched the surface, and I'm coming back for more."

From Happy Ever After by Nora Roberts, pg. 97.

Please leave a comment with a link to your teaser so I can stop by.

  6. @Laurel-Rain SnowI love her books, especially this series - the first one came out right around the time I got married, so I could totally relate to the story!

  8. I just read this one and really enjoyed it. I don't think anyone does emotion as well as Nora Roberts does. I have two teasers this week. My adult book teaser is from Play of Passion by Nalini Singh and my young adult book teaser is from Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. Happy Reading!

  9. I just finished reading Happy Ever After this week, and wrote a review. Let me know what you think of the book. For me, it was not as good as the first three. Angie

  10. Here is my teaser from Expiation by Greg Messel (page 1):

My sudden and unexpected return to Seattle was about to trigger a chain of events which completely change my life. Three months from this date my career, my life in San Francisco with my daughter and everything I had known before would be radically altered.
