It's Monday...What Are You Reading? (1.28.13)

It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way for me to begin my week and allows me to focus on what needs to be read and to see what I have or have not accomplished the previous week. I also enjoy discovering new books by visiting other participants blogs.

I am so excited that the mini-Bloggiesta is this coming weekend. I definitely have quite a few things I need to get done on my blog. I always end up feeling so rejuvenated about blogging after these events! Do let me know if you will be participating - I love seeing what everyone is working on.

In other news, I will finally be getting around to watching the first season of Downton Abbey - I know I am really late to this party. Luckily, my dad got all three seasons and sent me the first two - he'll send the third when he finishes watching it. So how many of you watch this show?

  1. I love Downton Abbey..best show ever..and I really don't like television all that much, but I tune in for that show. Like you, I am also reading 'Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker' and I will be back to see what you think. Have a great week.

  3. I've been seeing a lot about Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker too. I might have to check that one out. The Typewriter Girl intrigues me and I loved Evanovich's early writing. Have a great week! Oh, and Downton Abbey - I haven't jumped on board yet but I am darn close to doing it.

  10. Downton Abby is wonderful! It's one of the few shows on television that is comparable to a good book--excellent characters, great plot development, and many memorable moments. Enjoy!
