Book Blog Walkers: February Weekly Check-in Feb 14, 2014

 

Another week with yet more snow. Yesterday we had a major Nor'Easter dump about 14 inches of snow on the already 8 inches of snow we already have. And we are supposed to get a few more inches tomorrow. The only good thing is there's the possibly of temps in the 40s and 50s by the end of next week...I really hope so, though it will be quite a while before all this snow melts completely!


Luckily, I haven't minded doing indoor walking with the Olympics on - I've been able to watch the figure skating events live and since it's hard to do anything while they are on, I just do my walking!


Here's how my week went:

Feb 8:  1 hour indoor walking
Feb 9:  rest
Feb 10:  2 mile heart healthy walk (Leslie Sansone DVD)
Feb 11:  30 minutes indoor walking
Feb 12:  30 minutes indoor walking  
Feb 13: 1 hour indoor walking
Feb 14:  1 hour indoor walking + 1/2 shoveling

  2. One of my goals after I move is to buy a treadmill, this winter has really convinced me I need a way to exercise inside. The snow has been crazy!
