Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in April 4, 2014


I'm back to a regular walking scheduling - YAY!!! I've decided that I'll be happy with walking 5 days a week and so my goal is to walk Monday - Friday and then rest on the weekends. I did a mix of inside and outside walking this week - we finally had some good weather and the dogs appreciated the longer walks!!! 

Next week I'm heading up to New Hampshire to my dad's, so as long as the weather is good, I hope to get some good walks in outdoors.

Here's how my week went:  

Mar 29:  rest
Mar 30:  rest
Mar 31:  45 minutes
Apr  1:  45 minutes 

Apr  2:  45 minutes
Apr  3:  45 minutes 

Apr  4:  45 minutes

How did your week go? 



  1. Awesome! I always take Sunday's off. It is just good for the body and quite frankly my sanity.

  2. Good job! Walking is wonderful. :)

  3. It must be great to be out in the fresh air after all the snow. Like you I am finding 5 days enough, but I take two of my work days as rest days, as the weekend is okay for walking most of the time.

  4. Yay, keep up the good work!! I improved on last week and got 4 days in.
