Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in June 27 (a little late due to vacation!)


So, this post is a bit late, due to me being on vacation. We were in Mexico from June 24 until July 1 and had a great time!!! While I didn't do any big fitness walks, I did spend quite a bit of time in the pool each day swimming around with my almost 1-year-old niece and hanging out with my family members. Plus I did water aerobics a few days - what a great workout!!! Now I'm back home and need to get my butt in gear - I'm walking my next 1/2 marathon on July 28/29 and need to get back to those training walks. Since the heat seems to be here to stay, it looks like I'll be getting up early to get those walks in!


Here's how my week went:  

Jun 21:  30 minutes walking
Jun 22:  30 minutes walking
Jun 23: 30 minutes walking
Jun 24: 45 minutes walking (around airport before flight)

Jun 25:  45 minutes - swimming/walking on beach
Jun 26: 60 minutes - swimming/water aerobics/walking on beach

Jun 27: 60 minutes - swimming/water aerobics/walking on beach
