#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in June 19



Thank goodness for those 5 minute workouts I found 2 weeks ago...that was the only thing I was able to consistently stick with all week - my schedule was all over the place. I was out the door early every day for morning meetings and then had to work 3 nights on top of that, so my schedule was all screwed up. I even added some stair sprints a few days - great cardio and boy were my legs killing me!!! The puppy wanted to join in - she loves running up and down the stairs, but me trying to do sprints and her playing on the stairs doesn't work out so well. One of us was bound to get hurt (and in all likely hood it would have been me!).
   
Here's how my week went:  

Jun 13:  4,230 steps
Jun 14:  6,331 steps
Jun 15:   11,340 steps
Jun 16:  12,332 steps

Jun 17:  9,095 steps

Jun 18:  7,749 steps
Jun 19:  10,506 steps
 
Audiobooks listened to this week :

  • Started The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith, narrated by Robert Glenister.
