#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in December 4


    
I've decided to challenge myself this month to do 10,000 steps each day...I want to end 2015 strong!!! So far, so good. I've also increased my water intake - partly because I've had my headache meds upped, so it's really important for me to make sure I drink lots of water, but it's also a good excuse to just make sure I'm drinking the water. My goal is to drink at least 72 oz every day. Again, so far so good! Hopefully both these measures will help prevent any holiday weight gain :)
 
Here's how my week went:

Nov 29:  3,969 steps
Nov 30:  7,037 steps

Dec  1:  10,700 steps
Dec  2:  11,303 steps

Dec  3: 
11,365 steps
Dec  4: 
11,244 steps

  • Finished Tricky Twenty-two by Janet Evanovich, narrated by Lorelei King
  • Finished Flash and Bones by Kathy Reichs, narrated by Linda Emond
  • Started Rose Harbor in Bloom by Debbie Macomber, narrated by Lorelei King

  1. December has started off a great month for you with your goal. Ah water, I hardly ever drink it! Only when I come in thirsty, rest of the day tea all day long! Wow you got through a couple of audiobooks.

  3. Sounds like a great challenge! You are off to a good start! I've always wanted to try Janet Evanovich audiobooks... I'll have to check my library for them!
