#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in March 11

 
    
 

It was a pretty good week. I found a strength training workout, called Bootcamp Body Workout , that I started doing this week. I really like it so far, though am slowly easing my way into the full workout - you are supposed to do the whole circuit 3X in 30 minutes and I am working my way up to that - right now I'm just doing the circuit 1X through and boy oh boy is that quite a workout! The day after I did the workout the first time I was quite sore, so I guess that's a good thing, right - no pain, no gain :)

    Jane Eyre is one of my favorite books, but I've never thought to listen to it. Hmmmm, maybe I should add it to my Audible wishlist!
