#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in October 14

I'm back from my vacation to Nova Scotia, Canada and I had so much fun! Even though my husband wasn't able to go with me due at the last minute, it was still great getting to see my family. I didn't do any sight-seeing but spent a lot of time hanging out with my cousins and aunts and uncles. The drive was long - I split it into two days on the way up there, but did it in one day on the way home...thank goodness for audiobooks!!! And I'm so glad I still had a week off when I came back - I came home with a wicked cold, so spent the first few days back doing not much of anything :( I still have a few more days off, and I'm finally feeling better, so it's back to the gym and my training!

My October Goals:

  • 10K steps M-F, at least 7,500 steps on the weekend
  • 30 minutes of active walking every day, M-F
