#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Aug 11

 
 
 
We are back from our week at the beach...boy did that week go fast! I took the week to just recharge...and it was heavenly!!! Sure I still wore my Fitbit - I have just gotten into the habit of putting it on first thing in the morning and I like the clock feature, but I didn't stress about making my step goal. Luckily for me, my husband and I didn't go crazy with our eating - in fact, we ate pretty healthy all week. It was a great relaxing week and now I just need to find a good balance to keep that stress-free mojo going!

 
 
  August Goals: (will start tracking next week - didn't track while on vacation!)


  • 10K steps M-F, at least 7,500 steps on the weekend 
  • 30 minutes of active walking every day, M-F
  • Strength training (3/5 days)
  • Eat mindfully/eat enough
        
Here's how the last 2 weeks went:    
Jul 29:  8,326 steps
Jul 30:  9,080 steps

Jul 31:  18,837 steps (5K+ -  5 Charity Miles for Girls on the Run)   
Aug  1:  14,860 steps

  • Started & Finished The Goddesses by Swan Huntley, narrated by Hillary Huber
