Teaser Tuesdays (2.1.11)

MizB of Should Be Reading hosts Teaser Tuesday. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Here's a tease of what I am currently reading:

In the final say, a man can only have one master. Which one did Cecil serve?

From The Tudor Secret by CW Gortner, pg. 83.

Please leave a comment with a link to your teaser so I can stop by.

  7. Thanks everyone! I really got into historical fiction about a year and a half ago when I read Philippa Gregory's Tudor series...since then I've been buying a ton of other historical fiction books but just haven't gotten to them yet - this year I am going to try to read at least half of them!
