It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way for me to begin my week and allows me to focus on what needs to be read and to see what I have or have not accomplished the previous week. I also enjoy discovering new books by visiting other participants blogs.
Last week I ended up taking some time for myself - I didn't work at all and basically just relaxed all week. So, I ended up getting quite a lot of reading done - which is great for the Fall into Reading Challenge that just started!!! ReplyDeletePumpkin Roll and the Debbie Macomber book look delicious! I loved The Year of Pleasures...and I'm wanting to read American Heiress. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteYou have great books also, thank you for your comment!
ReplyDelete@Elida Thanks Elida!
ReplyDeletePumpkin Roll sounds like it could be a fun book. You're reading a Christmas book in October? I don't think I could do that--too much like listening to Christmas music before Thanksgiving :-)
ReplyDelete@Audrey (Bibliosaurus Text) I've actually already read 2 Christmas books in October - I just couldn't wait any longer to get to those stories.
ReplyDeleteThe Diva Haunts the House looks great! Thanks for introducing me to some new books.
ReplyDelete@Chris The Diva series is so much fun - and includes great tips at the beginning of each chapter, usually related to the overall theme of the book!
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of most of your books this week, but hope you enjoy all of them. [: Thanks for stopping by my its monday.
ReplyDeleteErin @ Let's Evaluate

ReplyDeleteLooks like you have had a good week. Lots of authors there I have never read. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDelete@Karen That's what I love about this meme - seeing what everyone else is reading. I always end up adding to my tbr list after visiting everyone's blog!
ReplyDeleteI see you have a few reviews to write still. Hmm. That reminds me... Oh, I'd rather be reading! :-)
ReplyDelete@leeswammes That's always the dilemma, isn't it? Read or write a review?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog! I wish I could fit more reading into my schedule.
ReplyDeleteGirl Who Reads
@Donna I definitely go in spurts...last week I got a ton of reading in, and this week I probably will, too b/c we are having work done on our house and I have to be home. But there are plenty of weeks where I get nothing done!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great list of books! I see several I want to add to my must-read list. Especially Pumpkin Roll -- that one sounds yummy. Happy reading this week!
ReplyDeleteJust started Dani Harper's Changeling series. Stayed up way too late last night reading this.

ReplyDelete@ Lisa: Not familiar with that series - will have to look into it.
@ Helen: I couldn't agree more!!!
I enjoy the way Debbie Macomber writes but I haven't read one of hers in a while. Have a great week!

ReplyDelete@ Joy: I hadn't read anything by Kristin Hannah in a while, but then read Firefly Lane and got hooked on her again. I'm excited to start Night Road.
ReplyDelete@ Reader of the Pack: I started reading Lisa Gardner with a few of her blog tours - but they were books 4 and 5. I loved both so much I decided to go back and read the first three - I got the book of the first and have listened to books 2 and 3.
@ Amie: I'm hoping for another productive week!
I've had my eye on Night Road for a while now. I'll have to keep an eye out for your review.
