It's Monday...What Are You Reading? (3.11.13)

It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way for me to begin my week and allows me to focus on what needs to be read and to see what I have or have not accomplished the previous week. I also enjoy discovering new books by visiting other participants blogs.

Last week I participated in Challenge Walk MS - a 3-day, 50 mile walk in Charleston, South Carolina...what an amazing experience!!! My mom did the walk last year and when she decided to do it again this year, I agreed to do it with her.

As far as reading goes, I've seemed to lost my momentum. I got a ton of audio done over the last two weeks, but that was mostly do to the drive down to Mom's in North Carolina and then back up to New York - lots of solid listening time logged! I'm hoping to get some quality reading in this week - I feel so backlogged!

Books Completed last 2 weeks:
  • The Search by Nora Roberts (library audio book)
  • The Gilly Salt Sisters by Tiffany Baker (library audio book)
  • The House Girl by Tara Conklin (review book)
  • Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen (library audio book)
  • Eleven on Top by Janet Evanovich (library audio book)
  • Lady of Ashes by Christine Trent (review book)

    1. This is my first one and I am really enjoying it. I'm not sure how long it really takes to read as I only get to pick it up every once in a while for a few minutes at a time.

  9. Great job on your walk! And don't worry about feeling like you need to catch up. That can be overwhelming. It's good to just find something awesome to read and ease yourself back into the habit :-)

    1. I just need to read all the review books I have on deck and then I should be fine. It's not even that the review books aren't good b/c they are - it's just that I have so many of my own books just waiting to get picked up!
