Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in May 23, 2014

 

This week I decided to take it easy. I have a crazy week coming up next week (I'm heading to NYC for BEA for the first time!!!) and I was feeling a bit run down. I still got my 30 minutes in each day, but didn't do any major walks. Next week I will be on my feet a lot, doing a fair bit of walking, so I figured the smart thing to do was to make sure I got plenty of rest this week. I'm actually curious to see just how many steps I'll be getting in next week...walking around the city and at the Javits for BEA...
 

Here's how my week went:  

May 17:  4 miles power walking
May 18:  rest
May 19:  30 minutes
May 20:  30 minutes

May 21:  30 minutes
May 22:  30 minutes

May 23:  30 minutes

  1. You did great for taking it easy! And that is a good plan, you don't want to risk getting injured or sick before your trip. I'm so jealous!! I hope I can go to BEA someday. Have a safe and fun trip!!
