December Goals:
- 10K steps M-F, at least 7,500 steps on the weekend - 5/5, 0/2
- 30 minutes of active walking every day, M-F - met
- Eat mindfully/eat enough (esp. in important while training!) - met
My training plan for the Challenge Walk MS I'll be doing in March of 2017:
- 4 miles, 2 days a week, interval training - Met
- Distance walks (distances will vary, try to do 2 days, back-to-back ) - Met, 9 miles Mon & Tues
- Try to attend one yoga class a week- didn't make it this week :(
Here's how my week went:
Dec 3: 4,875 steps
Dec 4: 6,445 steps
Dec 5: 23,180 steps (10K+ - 9.32 Charity Miles for MS)
Dec 6: 22,022 steps (10K+ - 9.3 Charity Miles for MS)
Dec 7: 13,287 steps (Rest day)
Dec 8: 13,613 steps (5K+ - 4.56 Charity Miles for MS)
Dec 9: 13,613 steps (5K+ - 4.58 Charity Miles for MS)
Total Steps: 96,874 steps
Audiobooks listened to this week (since I'm not much of a music fan, I listen to books while I walk):
- Finished Evil Games by Angela Marsons, narrated by Jan Cramer
- Started & Finished The Hidden Child by Camilla Lackberg, narrated by Simon Vance
